About Me
Welcome to Clearview Life Coaching and Consulting! My passion is working with teens and emerging adults to help them to identify tools from within that will lead to a greater sense of self, confidence and achievement.
I am a career educator and camp professional who has worked with young people for over thirty years in a variety of settings. The focus of my work has always been in assisting youth to achieve their highest potential in all facets of life. I am a parent of two young adults. Together, we have navigated adolescence, teenhood and college life. These milestones were periods of both immense joy and challenge and it is through these life experiences I became acutely aware of the trials all young people face.
Young people are bombarded with stressors beyond their control. How people manage themselves in the face of these stressors is what makes a difference. As a trained youth resilience coach, I use evidence-based strategies rooted in the most recent research in human growth and development. My work helps adolescents and young adults identify and strengthen their skill set with greater confidence, and create the tools in their toolkits that will last a lifetime.
Let’s join together to help develop a sense of empowerment, action and thriving.
